If you'd like to amend your return request, please let our Client Services team know as soon as possible so they can help with any changes.
Outlined below is our return and exchange policy:
- You have 30 days from the date of dispatch to register and return your item(s).
- It's not required that the item arrives at our warehouse within this timeframe - as long as we can see that the item was shipped back before the deadline, your return will be accepted.
- All items must be returned in their original condition.
- Please return items from separate orders in separate parcels to avoid delays in processing your return.
- It's not necessary to use the original packaging to return your order. Any secure, watertight packaging works fine.
- Refunds are based on the price you paid for the product.
- You can exchange your item for another style of the same price or less. If the new item is cheaper, we’ll refund the difference.
- Personalised items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Shipping and Gift Wrap charges are non-refundable.

Promotional Items:
- If all items from a 2FOR1 offer are returned, a full refund will be issued.
- If the promotional item(s) is kept, and the paid item(s) returned, the refund will be the amount paid minus the retail value of the free item.
- If only the promotional (free) item is returned, no refund or store credit will be issued.
Please retain proof of postage for your return. Indigo Lune is not liable for lost returns without tracking history and a proof of postage. Please kindly note that images of the tracking cannot be accepted as proof of return and a physical or digital receipt is required.
