You have up to 60 minutes from placing your order to cancel or make changes.
To do this, visit your order confirmation page using the ‘View & Manage Order’ button in your confirmation email, or head to your order history in your account. From there, you can cancel your order or update your shipping address.
Please note that we’re unable to change an item itself. If you’d like to update the size or personalisation, you’ll need to cancel your order and place a new one.
